Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit/exchange only. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us by e-mail at hello@highmartha.com for a Return Authorization Code. Returns without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, securely packed and with tracking. Packages shipped without tracking which are then lost will not be refunded. Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days.

Returnable Items: At High Martha, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with our purchase. We accept ONLY full priced UNDAMAGED, UNOPENED, UNUSED ITEMS. It may be returned if they are in new, saleable condition i.e. has not been worn or opened and has all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items: All sale items are FINAL SALES. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please note: High Martha is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.
